Chameleon turning white

This guy has started turning grey/white ..I've had quite a few chameleons but never had one do this

Male panthers go thru a yearly phase where their colors dull for a while. In the wild it is when the breeding season is over. In captivity under artificial light it can happen any time of the year.

I like the light colors quite a bit!
