chameleon stool colors

My wife is super worried about Skittles bowel movement. His poops are brown with a white patch but today the white had a tint of pink in it. Is this a cause for concern?

Hard to say without seeing the poo/urate and if it’s just one time. However, if he hasn’t been tested for parasites, this is a good reason to get it done. Even if he has been tested and it was negative, they can still have parasites that weren’t shedding (whatever it is that the parasites shed) that shows up in the poo. For a wellness check and fecal, this is a decent vet near you. https://www.orlandoexoticveterinarian.com/ They will tell you that you should be soaking your chameleon…please, ignore that advice. I just told them last time I went that ‘I don’t believe in doing that’ and heard nothing more about it. Prices are reasonable and aside from the soaking thing, they are pretty good with chameleons. If you ever have a more serious problem, Dr Alfonso is a mobile vet in Orlando and he really knows his stuff with chameleons. Since I live out of that area, I have to go to when he has clinic days at a pet store in Lakeland. Screen shot from his latest FB clinic posting. If Kissimmee is closer, I learned Dr Bogoslavsky is only part retired and does some hours at a clinic there..another FB screen shot below for him. He was my preferred vet for my reptiles.
