Chameleon Sick please help!

Hello! This is Frankie. i believe they’re a girl but the pet store I got her from was very sketchy and they said that they only fed her crickets. Whenever I got her she was very very small and very very skinny. I will admit that I do not know much about chameleons and I’m very happy to have found a community that does!
My problem is that they fell a couple days ago and since then I have noticed that they have been hanging out at the bottom of their cage. Sometimes they like to get out and wander around which I make sure to keep an eye them for, but today I noticed that they weren’t really using their back legs to wander around more along the lines of they were forcing themselves to push harder with their front legs. I’ve done so much research and it seems like I always hit a dead end. They always are very vibrant and light colors and their tail is curling perfectly fine but I watched them try to climb up one of their branches today and they fell down again. I lowered their leaves for them so that they could have something to gently climb on and I watch them move their back legs so I don’t know if it’s an MBD.
I was wondering if there was a possibility that they might be acting out because they hardly eat anymore. When giving them a super worm as a treat I noticed that the worm kind of pinched them and it seem to set them off. On top of this I moved them into my bedroom that way I could keep a closer eye on them, so perhaps it’s moving space?
I plan on getting them a new tank tomorrow but I’m worried that I should take them to the vet before hand what should I do????

I don’t have a reptile vet but they eat wax worms occasionally Dubai roaches and even small meal worms and then have super worms for snacks. The lights were suggested by a second pet store and her tank stays at 82 degrees with her heat lamp but she usually rests under her uvb lamp? I do not have a bin for eggs because I never got their exact gender.

I also watched her climb one of her branches and was wondering if getting her a larger cage atm would be safe and better considering she’s been a bit wobbly and fallen because of her hind legs

In your other thread you said..."Hello everyone! Today I went to the pet store to talk to them about Frankie. The woman brought up some thing that I had not even thought about and that is the possibility that she is pregnant. Today whenever I woke up I noticed that Frankie had borrowed themselves a little bit into the ground and that they were moving much much more"...@jannb has already talked about a lay bin.
Here's a sight to help you...

You said..."Her legs are moving a lot better now and her tail even did quite a curl earlier"... And..."occasionally she will try and climb on her branches and grab onto her own body with her left foot"...
She seems to have MBD and that will need to be treated.
More about this in a bit....it will be easier to answer after you answer the questions @jannb asked you to answer.
