I have a 5 month old veiled chameleon that i got from flchams about a month ago he seems really healthy eats well lots of energy but recently he started having runny stools i feed him 10 crickets and i also put some spinach leaves in with him and he really likes them whats could be causing this besides parasites i keep his cage real clean

We need more information.

In the meantime, spinach is not recommended for feeding them since it can bind the calcium. It could be what's causing the problem, but there could be other causes too.

Is the feces smelly?

no they dont smell i have fake pothos in the cage with sticks that i cut off a live small tree outside i cooked them in the oven at 350 degrees

I would guess the spinach is the problem,
especially if he is eating a lot of it.
I would cut out all greens for awhile (a week or two) and see if the problem corrects.
Feed collard greens instead when you go back to offering greens, spinach is pretty high in oxalates.
