Chameleon Problems- Eating and Snezzing???

I have a male veiled chameleon that's about 6 months old. He has been doing things not normal for him? he has been eating less. only eating when the cricket it literally right in-front of him and he doesn't have to move to get it. I also have to hold his water dripper right in-front of his face so he can drink, and when he drinks. he does it a lot so i figured oh he's just dehydrated. I wrapped saran wrap around the sides of his cage for better humidity and spraying his cage 3-5 times a day and am giving him water constantly but hes still not eating. I'm really worried because he's loosing weight. He is also sneezing? I haven;t really seen him but i hear a sneezing sound and look over and it looked like his head is down because he just sneezed. Please help me i want to know what's wrong with my cham!

species: male, veiled chameleon roughly 6 months old. I have had him for about a month.
handling: not much twice since i have had him. when i got him and when i cleaned his cage.
feeding: crickets. i've tried dubia roaches but he has no interest in them. I feed him when ever he is out of crickets. i give him more once he has eaten the ones in there. I gut load with oranges, apples and carrots.
supplements: i give him calcium without D3 every feeding by zoo med and twice a month a mix some multivite by rep-cal and some calcium with d3 by zoomed .
watering: He has a dripper going almost all the time (i turn it off at night) i mist for about 10 seconds 3 -5 times a day because it irritates him when i mist his cage.
fecal: he poops about 4 times a week and its sold but a little liquidy stuff comes off it after he poops. its white and like yellow (and the brown poop-ish color)

cage: screen cage from the chameleon started kit from zoomed i think the demensions are
16" L X 16" W X 30" H
lighting: i use the daylight blue reptibulb 60 W for heat, daylight and uva and i use the reptisun 5.0 uvb 13 watt tropical mini compact flourescent light for UVB. his lights turn off at 9:30 and turn on at 6:30.
temperature: his basking spot is about 80 and im not sure about the floor. the lowest overnight temp is 70ish. i used to use a wall temperature gauge but i recently bought a temperature gun.
humidity levels: im not sure i havent received my humity gauge in the mail yet but when i had my wall gauge it was always at green
plants: he has a live pothos plant.
placement: his cage is on a low table thing lol hes not by a fan but i have a ceiling fan it my room which i keep on low just for him.
location: Phoenix, AZ.

If his urate is yellow, that can signal dehydration. You need to mist longer to promote a drinking response, and misting is also for hygiene, not just drinking. You should get a standard 60 watt from Target that you would use for your home, something that is white and you need to make sure that it is an incandescent bulb. Linear bulbs for UVB are recommended by most keepers. What feeders are you using besides crickets? if he only has crickets and dubia, then I would get some more feeders for him. do you have any specific light brand reccomendations or lights in general that I should be using?

Increase your basking temps to the mid 80s. I use a laser temp gun which I find far more accurate than pet store branded thermometers.

Also, as mentioned above, misting sessions should be more than 10 seconds. Its ok if it irritates the chameleon just try not to spray him/her directly. Soak the whole cage, making sure the chameleon is atleast getting hit with the fine mist from the water bouncing off things. 10 second sprays arent enough for the chameleon to realize there is moisture to drink. Shoot for 2-3 minute sprays at least 3 times per day.

That depends on your conditions, and enclosure size, but I use ZooMed.
