Chameleon not sleeping

Its 2:00 am and my chameleon is still awake.although it is a New cage and new set up. Is this normal?

Are you giving total darkness and cooler temps at night ?

Every time i turn off the night heat lamp it tries to go on the roof as if it wants to be next to the lamp, is that fine? Feel like its truing to seek some heat temp even tho the cage reaches 60 - 75 at night. My tv was on so im guessing the tv is too bright?

My basking lights go off around 4pm. The light from the TV possibly was enough to keep him awake..

For all of my chameleons I use Reptical without D3 every feeding and RepashyLoD once a month.

They just can't bask after 4pm. Grow lights go off at 7pm. and bedtime is 8:30pm. when the uvb light goes off.

Roughly times are ...
UVB on at 8:30am off at 8:30pm.
Basking on at 11am. off at 4pm.
Grow lights on at 10am. off at 6pm.
