Chameleon not eating

Hello looking for some advice. I have a adult veiled chameleon male at 2yrs old. Reptibreeze cage size 18" square by 36" tall. 75 watt basking bulb temps unknown. I use a uvb fixture 18" reptisun 10. Its been used since August. I have a automatic misting every hour for 12 secs. Little bit of calcium deposits on leaves but I use ice mountain bottle water. Reason because the water here is very bad. I feed crickets with calcium without d3 everyday and use with d3 and herpivite twice a month. Been using a superworm dish with dusted super worms in a cup but never eats them. I have pics of him I took today will attach them some how. My main problem is putting 12 medium crickets in his cage and taking them out before lights go off. 12 I take out. He just seems very unhealthy and been like this for a month. Any advice would be nice.

I would shorted how often you spray but increase how long you spray to at least a minute. This may not be why he is not eating but it will help his greatly. Try to add some variety to his diet. My vieled loves hornworms, he cant resist them. Maybe try some of those, dubia roaches, black soldier fly and the occasional wax or butterworm along with the feeders you already feed. Another recommendation that may not effect the problem but will add to his enjoyment of life is to upgrade his cage. The recomended minimum cage size for a male veiled is 2 feet by 2 feet by 4 feet tall. You may want to consider upgrading his cage so he has more space.

Hi thanks for the info. But yesterday I added few crickets 10 and 4 superworms to his cup. Superworms were gone but not crickets. He died sometime when lights went out until 3 this after noon. He has a hole in his belly dark color and looks very odd. But is dead.

First thing to check when a chameleon isn't eating is the cage temperatures.

I left his temps with a 50 watt light bulb and uvb settings.

And that makes the temperature where he sits in the basking area what???????
If the temperature is too cool his food digestion will be too slow and he won't be hungry. However there are more reasons for not eating but we need appropriate information to figure it out.
