Chameleon Just ate Wood Substrate

Well it's his lizard at the end of the day, but I stand by my recommendation.
If its very small peices, they may pass without issue, but I still wouldnt be adding to its intestinal content until its passed crap or impaction is apparent, whichever be the case.
The lizard wont starve without food for a week. If it passes crap with the substrate evident, no problem, great, then resume feeding.
However if it becomes apparent after a week or more that the lizard is in trouble, cant poo/straining,
an empty system, rather than a packed full intestine and stomach is probably better.

This morning he pooped, (I haven't got a camera to take pics) and it seemed to look normal.

Did it contain the substrate peices? It may have been from what it ate before it ate the substrate, meaning the substrate may still be in progress.
