Chameleon hydration without killing my plants

Both my hibiscus and my umbrella plants arent doing so well lately. Im assuming its from to much watering from misting and drippers. What can I do to have happy plants with my chameleons?

do your plants drain well? Try and make sure the dripper does not go anywhere into the plants if possible. I found the dripper waterlogged them worse than misting. I also hand misted though so would direct the mist where I wanted it to go. I know with the misting systems(if that is what you have) that is kinda hard.

Soil that drains well. Add sand to the soil, and even some small rocks or even packing peanuts can be added to aid in drainage.
