Yeah he's not a year old. maybe 4-6 months.Apparently he is an older one and is about a year old.

If that is them do not buy from them... No respectable breeder would sell babies at 1 month old. They should be 3-4 months minimum. They get rid of them young so they do not have to house them correctly. When they are that small they can throw a bunch in a tub.
