Chameleon hasnt eaten in 4 days

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - veiled male 4 days
Handling - everyday cause he keeps escaping his temp cage
Feeding - crickets and carrots
Supplements - havent started
Watering -mist 4-5x day
Fecal Description -first 2 days regular yesterday greenish today little watery?
History - he was in a big glass cage at a pet store

Cage Info:
Cage Type - pic
Lighting - incandescant (getting uvb this weekend)
Temperature - ive had him outside for uvb
Humidity - 60-75%
Plants -ficus
Placement - the floor on my room
Location -corner by the window

Current Problem - He wont eat ive had him for four days and on the weekend put crickets in his cage in a red plastic cup and he never ate and these two days i tried hand feeding him he didnt eat and right now theres some in a red plastic cup but he wont eat . he did eat alot of his ficus leaves and thats why i think one of his poops was greenish brownish but i guess he didnt have much to poop today thats why i think it was "watery poop" but it was only a little poop but hes a big cham

I am definitely not an expert, but if you've only had him for 4 days then there is a good chance that he is just stressed from the new move and does not want to eat. Also, I know the cage is temporary, but you need to limit the handling at first. Once your lil guy shows that he is feeling more comfortable in his cage then I would encourage handling.

Also, I'd maybe try and put your temporary cage off the ground. It will make him feel more secure. I'd also say that the humidity is high for a Veiled Cham, I'd say more in the 40-60% would be better.

But I am not expert, and I will let the community who has a vast amount more experience than I do answer some of your concerns.

dude guess what i just dumped the crickets onto the bottom part of the cage and i passed by my room and he was walking down and i stayed still and heard *thump* and he was walking up when i walked in and he was chewing on the cricket

Its normal for them to not eat when first moved to a new cage - they stress a bit from the change of territory. Being handled adds additional stress. Mine also hate red (consider a dark coloured bowl instead of a little red plastic cup). He may also be more used to free-range feeding.

For later, You'll want to improve the gutloading and prey variety.

Also you'll need to be monitoring temperature.

Finally, they are not ground lizards - they prefer to be up high, 5-6 feet off the ground, rather than on the floor
