Chameleon going to bed early

My chameleon has been going to bed like an 1hr and 30 mins earlier than his bed time (7:00 pm) for the last few days or so, and I am wondering if this is normal???

Yes, I had one about a week ago.

My panther chameleon normally will go to sleeping spot about hour and half before lights out but sometimes it will be a few hours before hand when I first started realising
this I started asking people and they all seemed to say the same thing “it’s very common look at it like humans sometimes we feel sleepier earlier or later”
