Chameleon eyes buldging

Hey guys long time no be here lol
How are you all?? My Cham dizzy is doing great apart from her eyes have started playing up lately. 2 months ago it happnd so I got her to a rep vet and he gave her an injection and it cleared up but it's started again??? She has a uv compact bulb repti glo 5.0 and the vet says that's fine. I feed her regular and spray her regular. Humidity is 50-70% and temps are fine. Her cage is 3.5ft high and 2ft wide and she is well ventilated.
Any possible answers?
Vet said she had an upper nasal infection him which caused pressure in her upper skull which made her eyes bulge.

It's possible that she has another sinus infection. I think you should consider taking her back to the vet.

You might want to complete that "how to ask for help" form and see if there's something in your set up that the experts here think might be contributing to the problem.

picture looks as though her neck is bulging a little too, i've heard of hypervitamintosis causing edema, or something like that. It's directly related to supplementing vitamin A rather than beta carotene. Basically saying its best not to supplement vit a, and just give beta carotene supplelements. Basically when you supplement vit a, it can have too much in its system and bulging or swelling starts to happen. Where as just giving them beta carotene allows them to produce exactly the amount they need. I did do some quick digging for you and found this site which offers a few different explanations:
