Chameleon drinking from Humidifier

Had my baby chameleon for just 2 hours now and he seems to be sticking his head up in the air and opening his mouth when the humidifier comes on. He did drink water from the leaves afterwards, but is this behaviour normal? Thank you. (I’m a noob)

Mine does this too! Nothing to worry about. It’s called “hydroglaming”? I’m pretty sure lol but mine does it too and drinks off leaves normally so I don’t see any issue with it.

Do you mean hydro glamping? (I tried hydroglaming and came up with bupkis).

Hehe truth is the guy I bought my babies off called it that so I got bubkis

If your are running a fogger during the day with the lights on this is not recommended. It makes for wet hot air in the cage that they breathe in which can cause them to develop a respiratory infection.

Foggers should only be run at night when lights are off and temp of the cage is at its coolest.
