Chameleon cage sizing

Alright so, I've been saying that I'm gonna get a veiled, nosy faly, nosy be and more. I FINALLY decided and am getting a 3 month old Ambanja. However, for the price of 225, he would include a cage that is 36hx24dx12w. For a 3 month old baby, I find this cage colossal. What do I do? Do I buy a cage divider? If so, where? Can you link me to one? Thanks'

I would think he is ok with a big cage as long as he can easily get food and water. Madagascar isn't to big for wild Ambanja chams.

Well I am planning on hand feeding him. However, when he's thirsty wouldn't the size of the cage complicated trying to drink water? I'm getting a MistKing btw.

The sprayer will cover a good amount of the cage. My cage is 72x32x32 and my sprayer covers a big amount of the space in the cage. If your cage is only 12" wide the mistking will probably cover the whole width of the cage.

Alright, btw, will that size hold him for his whole life?

I would say no. For an adult you will want a 48x24x24 at least. Reptibreeze and reptarium have good cages. I have a reptarium 260 gallon and I like it.
