i have a nosy be male that i bought a while ago. the owner didnt want him because he has one eye, so i fealt sorry for him and bought him. he is very healthy and happy but im wondering if anyone things it will affect his ability to breed. he isnt stressed because of the eye but i wonder if he will even be interested in breeding still.

I doubt that having one eye would get in the way unless the female is standing on the wrong side of his head. :) I have a one-eyed panther too. He lost use of his eye because of massive infections. His aim is pretty good but things just take a little longer. Maybe breeding would be the same way.

I wouldn't breed mine only because he has been prone to infections and his longevity is more important at this point.

his eye is like that also due to infection. however, he was born that way and doesnt know any different. i hope he can breed because i got a female waiting for him.
