I've done this most vets are very willing to grow a culture from a swab you bring in go to any medical supply store to get a sterile swab and swab the saliva and take it to your vet to have a culture done just put the swab back in. The packaging you took it out of and mention. The symptoms and age and weight of the Cham if you know it
