hi guys i have my baby panther for almost 2 months and i haven't seen him shed at all and ive read in some sites that they usually shed almost once a month when they are around that age... and i always keep him humid sometimes he showers under the dripper when i take him out in the sound and mist the cage he will get fully wet ... is this normal ? thnx

How old is he? Does it look like he has grown at all since you've had him? He could have shed and you not notice. Sometimes they will eat their own shed.

about 3 motnhs and yes its a lil bit bigger... well maybe i could've missed it but sheez i see him every day unless im @ work.... could it matter if its a female maybe they grow slower idk ?

Well it also depends on how much you feed her. 15 appropriate sized crickets a day is what I do. But, if she is growing you might have missed her shedding because anytime they grow they will shed. You should post some pics. Everyone loves pics.

i poested some on my other thread about sexing my panther cause im still a lil bit confused about the sex tomorrow a vet will confirm it

They shed really fast so you mightve missed it. I saw the starting signs of shedding on our little girl and within 2-3 hours its was all off her.
