I'm selling the female panther of whom I recently got from fauna, I think she could be happier so i'm letting her go so that she can live in a more inclusive enviroment without huge panthers and mellers everywhere.

I free range and believe they should be able to go where they want, but theres no escape for the female now from the male and she could die if not given separation from the male. I have her quarantined now but i want her to be able to thrive

She can die from stress actually, if a male is actively pursuing her and she has no way of escaping, she can actually die very easily and quickly if he persists.

Her eating will slow down from stress, she won't drink, and eventually she'll die. I have her safely secured away from the male now, but I'd like her to be in a place where she's happiest. And my apartment isn't that place right now. It takes someone who knows animals and chameleons and who loves them to be able to recognize this. I'm an experienced handler but i work full time. I want whats best for her

thanks, just got the mellers, and the panther n him are settling into their free range.

It's amazing how well they get along already, neither of them really see eachother as a threat so they just hang out, no gaping, hissing, colorful displays. just hangn after 3 days of seeing one another

Ah ok. I thought you were talking abotu her dieing from stres, but wanted to make sure thats what you were tlaking about..

eric from chameleons101. that's my dude, you can tell the guy loves chameleons just by talking to him, he gets all excited describing em. I have the same love for them now..... he's great, i send him pictures and update him on my guy all the time.
