Hi everyone im quite new here- my guys is often this greyish colour? I also think he has a thermal burn is this true ☹️

Some of these photos are of course outside of his enclosure- when he's out of his normal environment or gets a bit stressed he becomes more his normal colourful self

Hi and welcome! I think a spot on his knee also has a burn. :( He most definitely will need to be seen and treated for those burns by a vet. He will need silver sulfadiazine cream and possibly even an antibiotic since the burns are so widespread.
I’d like if you could post some pics of his entire enclosure please. It seems that you may be in need of some help with husbandry, which is something we can provide. Right now you need to move his basking branch about 8-9” below the lights and ensure that basking temps are around 85F and no higher.

Hi here is his enclosure, his light is only about a month old arcadia T5 12% light, heat bulb blew so he temporarily has a chicken lamp (with a thermostat)

The 12% is much too strong for chameleons. The 6% Arcadia is what we use for them. You can either buy a 6% or for the time being, move things around so that there is a 10-12” distance between his lights and uvb. You might want to raise the uvb light above the enclosure along with moving the basking branch, so he doesn’t lose so much space. I use wire baskets from the dollar store when needing to elevate my lights. I usually use those which are just a couple of inches tall, but I believe they do have some which are more like small wire baskets that are taller.
