Do I need to worry if my chameleon is eating a lot of pothos leaves? He has suddenly developed a taste for them lol

I have kale, do you think he would eat that? I use it to gutload my crix. Otherwise I just have some fruits, or lettuce.

Yes, they will eat kale. DOnt worry if your boy eats the pothos, its safe for them. however, if he continues to do it, you may have to replace it soon. :)
But you should fed find other stuff for him to eat so he stops munching so much and kills your plant.

Kale should work, I feed mine kale once in a while. He prefers mustard greens mostly. Once in a while ill give him fruit too. He'll go for it every time. Watermelon, Apples, whatever. I usually make it bite size but they can manage if not.

pothos

Just watch it if he's eating to much pothos he can get sick I just recently had to take the pothos out of my jacksons cage cuz it seemed he was going vegitarian on me

I gutload my crickets, etc. with a wide assortment of greens (dandelions, kale, collards, endive, escarole, etc.) and veggies (carrots, sweet potato, sweet red peppers, squash, zucchini, etc.)...all of which can be given to your veiled chameleon along with a small amount of fruit (apple, pear, berries, melon, etc.)

Good to know thanks for the replies, I picked up mustard greens and he was munching on some today.
