i wanted to change my chameleons diet up a little bit, instead of his normal supply of crickets and superworms i was wondering what would be a good nutritious source of food for the chameleon
Variety for the sake of variety isnt beneficial. Variety where each item brings something different to the equation is. Cockroaches, mantids, silkworms, hornworms, snails, nightcrawlers, phasmids and grasshoppers, katydids and locusts.
In my opinion, variety for the sake of variety IS beneficial. It keeps the chameleons interest stimulated. And often variety in prey also comes with variety in nutrient.
