Can horn worms be given alot for a healthy diet? My adult cham loves them but I read some types of food aren't good on a daily basis like mealworms/superworms.
Luke loves the horn worms but silkies not so much.

Horn worms are good for a treat. I don't now the exact nutritional value, but it is mainly for a treat or hydration. Has he shed recently? He looks like he has some shed.

Ok great. I've read you can give them all the time and for a treat so I'm not sure about it. So its dusted crickets and then various feeder worms once in a while? Is this more of a $cost reason or nutrition?

Yes he recently shed. The white stuff is dry skin.

I think that nutritionally, it is good, and effective with the cost. You can breed your own feeders, and roaches are great.
