So Kaleo turns black when stressed and maroon brown when basking. What about white? He turns whitish with his beautiful red belly speckles when he is sleeping or when hes out in a very high place outside of his cage. Does it mean stressed?

when they are sleeping they would not be stressed. Most show some of their best colors when sleeping. And some do turn whitish also. Nothing to worry about!

He also has white stuff on his turret on his right side, is he shedding?

I cannot say for sure without seeing a pic. It could be shed. My chameleon sheds his turrets.

He's had that white shed looking stuff on just that turret for about two and a half days. I hope its just shed.
