Cham Cage

I Just ordered a new 16x16x30 cage for my 4 month old Veiled Chameleon.. I hope he likes it... Does anyone think it may be too big for him?

I don't think its to big. When you do move him in just ensure that he can hunt his food.

I had my panther in a 18 X 36 X30 at 4 months and he never had trouble finding the food. I never cup fed and he did just fine. He still has the same cage but does not spend that much time in it. mostly to sleep at night. I freerange and have a large outdoor cage. You will need a cage bigger than that for when he is an adult.

Thanks for the advice Carol... I will definitely get him a bigger cage when he gets older....I wish I could allow my Cham to free roam... Maybe this summer
