Your care generally looks good. Young Jax are often not the bright green you see on adults. She is still pretty young and may not move into her adult colors until 6+ months. Is this a change in her behavior or has she always been this way? Does she eat and drink okay? Baby chams are hiders by nature. She may feel too exposed in the hibiscus currently.

She eats and drinks just fine, and she used to be in a very small cage, and was stressed but wasnt usually as dark. shes been in the new cage for about 1-3 weeks. The other jacksons at the store is about the same age and is always super green. The one at the store is a male though.

The males are a different green than the females. Just give her time. Jacksons are a little more nervous than other chameleons. High traffic areas, kids, pets, tv's, basically anything can disturb them. The best way to observe a jax is with a wifi camera. Then you can truly enjoy them and really see what is troubling them, if anything. :D
