Centipedes found in dirt

I have about a year old veiled chameleon and i have recently started to see centipedes in the dirt of the plant in the cage. I do not know where they could have came from. They are very small, no more than an inch long. I've seen her eat a couple out of the dirt. Does this matter? Should I change the dirt out?

Thanks

If it were me id change the soil and get rid of the centipedes, always better to be safe than sorry if your unsure.

They come in my plants from home depot and lowes all the time. It's best to take the plant out of the pot and get as much dirt as you can off it. Then re pot it with organic soil. I doubt they would do much if anything to the Cham though.
