Carpet or Panther

I am going to the san diego super show in the summer and am struck between buying a nosy be baby panther or a cb carpet which would be easier to take care of for a 2nd time cham owner i have a spare cham cage that could house the carpet for life on for a juvi panther I used it for my veiled when he was a juvi.

What is your cage size? If it is below 4 feet I would go with the carpet. But do your research before because I almost got a carpet myself and they are very different from most other chams. Goodluck!

Chances are you will not see any cb carpets at the show. There is always the possibility but not much of one.

Your best bet would be to decide if you wanted a carpet but plan on a panther if you are set on getting something at the show as a backup.

You will get a better idea when you see them in person. Make sure you come by the Tiki TIki reptile booth and say hello.

you could always contact a breeder that sells CB carpets ( Ryan/Chad @ Tiki Tiki perhaps? ) or perhaps FL chams, and you could have the breeder bring the animal to the show as a special request... of course that would probably force you into buying it, However carpets are full of personality and Some panthers look dull :0
