Carpet Chameleon babies (3-4mths old) Male or Female

I have some captive hatched carpet babies and I am having a hard time sexing them. Anyone want to see if they can help. Sorry the pictures arent the greatest.

Chameleon #1 - Approx 4 months old.

Chameleon #2 - Approx 3 months old.

Chameleon #3 - Approx 3 months old.
