HEYall just wondering if anyone in the mid-atlantic region was going to the reptile expo in carlisle, p.a. on saturday jan 24 ? I have never been dont know what its like but im gonna take the two hour drive and see.Probably some leopard geckos , bearded dragons and snakes snakes snakes oh yea and snakes

hey im not going to be there but its not too bad for a new show. this will be the second show and i know they are moving into a new larger building. it should be decent.

i would love some feedback if you go. i have thought about going but we are going to the white plains show in new york on the 25th. 2 1/2 hour drive. was at the last show there and it was great. lots of everything and space to walk.

I may go to that show in Carlisle its only an hour for me My friend is the snake guy but Im more into chams. I guess its worth the drive to see how things are since I will have nothing to do anyway. Might see you up there ciafardo. Look for a big DB that looks like this.

HAHAHABY THE WAY WENT TO THE CARLISLE REPTILE EXPO I DROVE TWO AND HALF HOURS TO SEE SEVEN TABLES WITH LEP GECKS AND BALL PYTHONS AND OTHER RUN OF THE MILL HERPS HANDS DOWN THE WORSE SHOW IN RECORDED HISTORY AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY I PAID 7 BUCKS TO GET IN WOW 3 MALE JACKSONS ALL ADULTS ALL IN A 12X12X24 CAGE AND THEY WERE ALL JET BLACK FROM STRESS !!!!!!!!! hamburg is feb 28 chucky g is suppose to be there so at least i know there will be one table with supierior quality chams can't wait and chuck you better show!!!!!!!!!

Dont son me son!!!! LOL. I dont call it crap but uh yeah many people would call it just beating on your insturments when really "real heavy metal" is probably the most technical music out there and requires lots of skill Besides maybe classical which metal is dirived from those scales so? Anyway!

Hamburg was cool for one reason last year and thats because Chuck was there. The rest of those vendors had horrible set ups for what little bit of chams where there. Did you see that full grown mellers in the 10 gallon aquarium!!!!! If I go I hope there will be some more and better cham setups there. Sorry to say Chuck, I wont be buying a panther if I go I would just end up keeping him for 3/4 of a year and selling him back to you anyway LOL. Although you better bring Heathen (or what ever his new superhero name may be) to all the shows so I can chill with my old friend. Think he will remember me

Hey all. Just looking through old posts and saw this thread.

Now I know there were a lot of run of the mill creatures, (snakes, leopard geckos) but the show was still and improvement than the first one. How the vendors treat their reptiles is not the host's doing. Instead of bashing the show, bash the vendors. Plenty of space was given for both the visitors and the vendors.

It was a (mostly) smoothly run show and was a huge success over their first show. (Yes, I personally know the hosts. They're relatives) They're still working on getting more vendors to come in and take advantage of what's being given. For anyone who went, you noticed a lot of extra space that could have been filled. It was only the second show. They're constantly asking what can be done to make the show better. (Obviously, variety is something that needs work.)
