Car Questions!

Okay, I'm not car savvy. I know the make and model like no other on most cars. yada yada.. Anyway, my car is 10 years old, but I have a few issues with it. I got it two weeks ago, and didn't see it. After all it's cosmetic issues. The fabric by the handle is loose and coming off. It's a Ford Escape for all of you that have them. Also the back door handle is loose on the inside. Nothing major the car is great, the interior is spotless too. Any suggestions? I was thinking some sort of fabric glue might work?

It depends, but if the fabric is just peeling off, and there is foam underneath, get a spray on glue. It should do the trick.


If the handle is loose, look and see why. If it just needs to be tightened, then tighten it up. If it has to be replaced(like if its actually broken) go to a junk yard, and pull off a door handle assembly from another same/similar vehicle.
