canadian dew worms

I'm told these are good cham feeders, is this correct and how the hell are they sposed to be fed? Do I cut them up or just let hector chow down? I am interested because they are easy for me to get and pretty inexpensive. Or should I just save them for fishing?

almost forgot, what about pill bugs are they the same as a wood louse? or are they just louse-y feeders?

pill bugs are good for a once-a-week treat. They have lots of calcium in their shells. Dew worms are much like an earthworm which are no good for chameleons, their slime coat does not react well with a cham for some reason.

Really? I've herd the contrary from other keepers on this forum (can't recollect who). Are they not a nutrient-packed feeder?
