Can you Cohab female Chameleons

It is done sometimes for sister clutch mates in pairs but they should be separated before approx. 6 mos. when they start to lay eggs having ben bred or not. They may not lay their eggs in the presence of another chameleon and become egg bound after that age. Any sign of egg laying and you should separate them sooner.
Not giving them their own cage asap may affect their growth rate and later ability to produce healthy clutches. It is never best practice to house chameleons together.

No. Not unless you have an absolutely massive enclosure, with a separate basking spot and feeding station for every single chameleon, as well as foliage dense enough for them to hide. We're talking like 12 ft x 12 ft minimum and even then, it is not at all recommended. They will intimidate each other and have their lifespans dramatically shortened.
