Not very nutritional and hard for your cham to digest. Maybe ok once in a while, but I wouldn't feed meal worms very often (I never do) at all.

I will have too agree with @KapitalJ they are only good for an occasional treat. Now you could do that with supper worms, but be careful sometimes they like them so much that's all they want to eat.
