Can I Turn The Heat Off?

Just a quick question, I keep both cham's (veiled & panther) in the lounge and even at night my lounge is pretty warm, its 75 so is it ok to turn the heat off rather than turn it down during bed time?

Chams love night time drops. My cages get down to 60-65 in the night.

I know during the day the veiled is at 85 and panther at 80
