The only problem with feeding worms to babies is if you don't have them well seperated after eating worms they see each others tails moving and think it's a worm and you end up with allot of nip tails.
Lizbeth fed worms and had a whole clutch just about of nip tails. I wouldn't recommend feeding worms until you get them one to a cage.
You haven't had the babies long enough to know that for certain yet.That may happen to some. I have fed small silkworms only once and that was a week a go. And i have none that act that way toward each other.

How frequently did she do that? That may have been the problem. If she was to do that more then once, i would assume they would get used to seeing worms and then thats when they get confused with tails.

Wait, so knowing another member has had issues with feeding worms in the past you are going to try feeding the worms again to see results regardless? Or am I misunderstanding you (hopefully)?That is why i said i assumed. I tried it once and i can promise you both that i will try when they are bit older again
