can babies get????

i have a nosy be panther cham:female, 2.5 months 3 in
Feeding:2 weeks old cricks
Watering:every 2 hours
Fecal desc:watery
Cage:screen.large
Tmp:78'

I have a concern can baby chameleons get diarrhea???if they do,,,can somebody tell me which one could be the reason,,PLEASE AND THANK U..WE REALLY GOING 2 APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP WE CAN GET...

thanks for the help,,false alarm i just give mi cham, 2 mi cousin that obviously dont have any idea about chams,,,got me worry sick,,just for nothing,at least my baby is fine,,,,,but im getting toughs of bring her back
