Can anyone tell me if this is normal

It looks like Ashie skin but goes away when I moist his cage

Like he's about to go through a shed cuz I've had him for about a month now haven't seen him shed how often do they shed
 
Looks like a shed to me. If he hasn’t in a month he’s likely due, they shed quite often when they are growing.

Please don’t mist him extra as he sheds; chameleons are dry shedders and increasing humidity can hinder the process and cause shed to stick. They need to be well hydrated and nourished on the inside, not moistened on the outside :).
 
Oh and last time I posted everyone told me to put him up higher is this good enough

Oh yeah I guess I forgot to clarify, extra misting on the plants, not directly. ;)
