Can anyone recommend a drainage tray that will fit a large cage?

Hello All,

My veiled has a new 24x24x48 inch cage and we're looking for a drainage tray that will fit it. We're not exactly sure of the brand because we bought it off of Craig's list, but we've measured it and it is exactly 24"x24" with no rounding. We were planning on buying the large drainage try from Dragon strand, but it looks like it might be just a fraction too small. Any suggestions for a tray that will fit would be greatly appreciated!

A Dragon Strand tray will fit, LLLReptile and Tiki Tiki Reptile also sell the same thing, i ordered one from LLLReptile since they are the cheapest for my 24x24x48 reptibreeze, its called a "Water tray" On lllreptile, get it in the biggest size for a 24x24.

Ah--I saw that one and was concerned because it says, "Actual tray size is 24.75 x 23.5 x 1" and ours is actually 24" so that 23.5" measurement worried me. How does that work out?

They pretty much all say that, my tray is actually a little bit bigger than the cage.

I cant blame you though, i cant hammer a nail into a piece of wood without bending it, if i knew how i probably would have made my own aha.

Btw, your cage looks like its an LLLReptile brand cage, i would think their brand trays would fit on their cages..

Lol, u spent $80 on something u could have made for $10? Gg.

Well, originally I was thinking of making something, but it ended up being easier just to buy something online. I know I could have saved money, but hey, at least I supported one of the site sponsors.

My current drainage system until i get ChamChams new cage all set up, is just a storage bin with holes drilled in it, ghetto af. Works great though.

Functionality is the most important. I would die if I just had a storage bin sitting in my bed room though. If Mondo is in my room, his set up MUST be elegant. :ROFLMAO:

Exactly why i am upgrading everything, his setup rn is HORRIBLE, theres holes all over his cage, with duct tape covering them so crickets dont escape, a pothos hanging from the screen, an Exo terra monsoon, a ghetto drainage setup, barely any foliage, hes gonna love his new setup..

Cool--good to know. I'll get that one. The biggest one, I think says it's for 24x24x45, though ours is 48", since the height shouldn't be a factor. Thank!

I was noticing the similarity, too, but the latches and handle are a little different on ours. It's a mystery... :)
