Can anyone identify this?

I have a 2 year old Male Jackson’s Cham...Twice now I have found a “sac” like object in his cage hanging from a leaf. It looks like urates but Seems unusually long, wet and almost incased in a sac like membrane.Does anyone know what this is?

It does look like a funky urate. Only other guess would be a sperm plug, but I think those look a bit different. Maybe @JacksJill will know.
