can a chameleon eat ground meat?

i feed my tiger salamander ground meat, can a chameleon eat it?

Chameleons should be given a variety of live insects. Ground meat (are you referring to cow flesh?) should not be something you offer to your chameleon.
its not a particularily good option for the salamander, either.
