Aftermath or Salo Might be a little different than you are looking for. My friends son is in a movie but its not out yet. Its really underground too. He doesnt even want me to tell people the name of it until they put it out and even then its going to be really hard to find.

Not horror movies but Harmony Korine has some cool, weird flicks out. Julien Donkey Boy and Gummo are always a hit with the ladies

Think back to how young everyone was when the legendary POLTERGEIST came out. Maybe not such a horror movie as a real SOUL SEARCHER. At the time everyone had seen Aliens, Texas Chainsaws, Werewolves,Vampires,and Devil but who could really comprehend afterlife and what it could look like??
