calcium dosage

hi my cham is female and roughly 15months old
just wondering how often to dust her food as i have been doing it every other feed which is what i read somewhere before is this enuff? she eats about 15-20 crickets per day and some locusts some times aswell

2x a week is usually better, and calcium w/D3 once or twice a month

we have nutrobal so how many times with that oh es it has added vitamins in with the calcium. is that all she needs some1 told me vitamin drops to thier water ? but if iam giving her calcium with vitamins is there any need

like i said, i do it 2x a week, never heard of nutrobol though, i think the same should apply,

I use nutrobal for my chameleon, and i would suggest using it less often than a pure calcium powder because of all of the vitamins in it. Maybe use nutrobal once a fortnight, but get hold of another calcium powder that does not contain phosphorus or D3, or any other vitamins, and use this to dust every other feed.

I use plain calcium at every other feeding. Twice a month calcium with D3 and once a month a multi vitamin such as Herptivite. On the days that you use the D3 and multi do not use the plain calcium because they already have calcium in them and only lightly dust your feeders......don't make them look like ghost. I only feed my female every other day about 8 feeders each time. Do you have a picture of your girl that you can post?
