Calcium build up falling off?

My female chameleon, about 11 months has what I think is a calcium build up from a broken leg a few months ago, she is shedding now and the skin seems to have split beside the growth? I'm unable to take her to a vet, none in the area I live. Has anyone had this happen before? I've rinsed it with water, used a small dab of polysporin and wrap it so it doesn't get infected.

Can you take a picture?

How do you know it was a break if you dont have a vet? Does ON stand for Ontario? If so, there are definately vets available to you. You may need to drive a few hours if Listowel is a small town, but surely you wouldnt let that stop you from getting care for your animal.

Calcium doesnt build up on skin. Are you saying there is what appears to be a thickening of bone on its leg? or is the skin splitting? Is it dead skin, as in a shed, or is the flesh splitting?

she had a calcium deficiency when I got her, she had no uv light and was only given calcium on crickets and superworms, no other vitamins.

We are giving her calcium with D as well as another multi-vitamin powder now, she feeds on crickets, superworms, and we ofen hand feed her baby food(carrots/squash) and have provided a UV light, and take her out often to bask in natural sunlight.

She had falled off her branch about November/December and it was obvious her leg was broken, we had put a splint on it to help it heal, but a growth grew where the break was, we assume a calcium growth as that happens to some breaks. The growth was inside/on the bone.

The growth must be overlapped onto the skin, so when the skin in that area is shedding, it has left an open wound along the egde, I'll try to post a pictureas soon as I can.
