Caging Size

I can't seem to find a cage that I really like and is big enough for me. So my question is what would you prefer in a cage size, longer width or more depth? I'm going to build my cage and have two sizes in mind.

I had mine built almost double width with a little less depth - I had a base I wanted to use - but I really like that I can have two basking spots and it's great for watching him - he goes between the two spots. It's just my preference, though, I would build what you like for where your going to put it -

Those do look very nice. The two sizes I'm looking at are 76"H X 20"D X 41"W and 76"H X 24"D X 33"W. Thinking I could fit more trees with the width. But if Chams prefer to wander from front to back that side to side I would build it for what they like.

The main point of having a tall cage for a cham is so they can be up high.
You can take care of that with a wider, shorter cage standing on a small table or cage stand.
I find that my chams, use all of the cage, provided there are vines and branches for them to climb.
My veileds and jax like to sleep near the bottom, where my panthers prefer the upper middle, and to the back of the cage.
I have had my eye on the Canvas cages for some time.
Have tried Reptibreeze, LLLRep., and DIY cages, dont really like any of them.
So, I may just bite the bullet and get one from Canvas
