Cage set up

Just got my cage setup ( well for now). I am getting a 3 month old cham in a couple weeks after I get my mist king set up. I looked at 4 nurserys and home depot yesterday and this was the only umbrella plant I could find. Its a little bigger then it looked at the store lol. Is the plant too big ? Any suggestions on ways to improve the setup. Very open to changing things around if need be . Thanks

No that is a good size plant and they will grow taller. You can always put another shorter potted plant in front of that one. Make sure to cover your soil up so your cham cannot eat it.

Ok Good. I thought I wasn't going to find one and have to settle on a ficus but of course it was at the last store I looked at .

what is your basking temp on the branch under the dome? It is kinda far down but really depends on your bulb strength and what the temp is.

Last night it got to 82. Im checking right now. Its only a 50 watt, someone told me to keep it further away from babys. Its 8 inches under the bulb. Should I maybe get a 75

The basking spot is 87 right now.
