Enclosure for babies

Hi! I have eggs that will be hatching in a couple of months but wanted to prepare things when so when they start to hatch I'm ready. What have you found to be the best cages either DIY or store bought works for new hatchlings and allows room for growth as they get bigger. I will be keeping everyone separate from hatch day.

Use the search bar in the forum for hatchling enclosures. Not many breeders openly share this info so searching old threads will be helpful to you. I believe Neptune the Chameleon also did a video on her baby cages she just set up recently. You can find all her videos on youtube. Chameleon academy has info on this as well.

They won't take your babies very far as they are rather small but they will get them off to a good start. You can always use larger plastic totes. If you want something you will use over and over there are some magnetic assembly cages you can get that are bigger for larger species or Dragon strand makes breeder cages.
