Have you looked into Repashy calcium plus? Its an all in one deal, so no messing around with supplement rotations etc,,,
I also use the Repashy Cal Plus daily without issue (going on 7 months now between several Chams).
But if you choose to take the "old school" rout. This is what you want to go by.
You want to supplement (
Cal with D3 and a multivitaimin ,Alternating between the two weekly) twice a month! And you want to supplement plain Calcium without any D3 daily!!
So it will go like this for the month!!
Week 1:
Monday: Calcium without D3
Tuesday:Calcium without D3
Wednesday:Calcium without D3
Thursday:Calcium without D3
Friday:
Calcium WITH D3
Saturday:Calcium without D3
Sunday:Calcium without D3
Week 2:
Monday: Calcium without D3
Tuesday:Calcium without D3
Wednesday:Calcium without D3
Thursday:Calcium without D3
Friday:
Multivitamin
Saturday:Calcium without D3
Sunday:Calcium without D3
Week 3:
Monday: Calcium without D3
Tuesday:Calcium without D3
