cage for baby cham!

is it true that baby chameleons tend to die in big cages ? its better to get 1st a small cage and after a big one(and whys that?)?or thats just a mith?

Not if they are properly cared for ... the feeling for smaller cages is that the baby will find food easier, rather than having to wander in a large cage.

I do not believe that in the wild baby chameleons only stay in a 16x16x30 space. I have babies and they do just fine finding food in a large cage.
 
I'm using a 16x16x30 cage now! Here is a pic if you wanna see.. :) He has no problem moving around as well as hunting food I use feeding cup as well as let some free range. I am looking for ways to keep humidity up but I don't think that's the cage fault.
