Cage foilage

I wanted to add more to my cage. A tree outside my house has good branches for climbing. If i wash them down, are they alright to put in cage. Thanks.

Sure I use branches from outside all the time.

i have read that you can bake them for 30 minutes at 350* or soak them in a bleach solution...

Ya its fine i use blanches and logs and stuff like that all the time from outside...... (the logs are for my snakes). I bake them most of the time but sometimes i bleach them you just have to watch your bleach to water ratio when you do it. And you woould want to shave the bark off the branches and anything that might be sharp so your cham doesn't hurt his/her self.

Be careful there is no sap dripping out of the branches. Other than that, you should be O.K. if you clean them well.
